I recently was asked to contribute to an article in Girlboss by Sarah Spruch-Feiner about the grieving process, and how to navigate it while working. The article has some wonderful tools and resouces for working through the different aspects of grief, while holding together work-life.

Garrison Institute recently asked me to write a blog post for them about my experience chanting with Krishna Das as part of his "Pilgrim Heart" 2018 February retreat.
